The Detroit UDL is a non-profit whose main goal is to give inner-city students the ability to gain education in politics and social issues both domestically and abroad through competitive debate tournaments. The league also promotes and gives access to scholarships, networking opportunities, increases college access, and ultimately makes all students effective communicators!
