Department of Mining of Tallinn University of Technology is center of mining education, mining science and mining reasearch and development institution in Estonia. Most of our mining research projects are related to oil shale mining in Estonia. Additionally we haveexperiences on hard limestone mining and rehabilitation of mined out areas.
