Our goal was always to open and operate Dabeli Hut, a small take- away outlet in the St Georges Shopping Center, Harrow, London. Our street food shop will be unique in that we will be the only "on the go food" outlet of its kind to sell 100% vegan & vegetarian food in the Shopping Center.The vegetarian food service market is changing. Health-conscious diners are seeking mainstream options in healthy variations and expecting the same (or better) flavours. Previously, we have found from running pop-up food stalls in the Ideal Home Show, BBC Good Food, Diwali in the Square Markets for the last four years, that by using our skills as chefs and our passion for sustainable food, we can create delicious take-away meals that are above par in both flavor and nutrition
