Today, getting healthy and staying healthy is almost a full-time job, and the convenience of modern living is actually making things harder. Yes, our lifespan has increased, but our "years without a disease" or healthspan is declining. Currently, a person living in a modern society has a healthspan of 60 years. Considering the effects of the recent health pandemic, this is now most likely even lower. Instead of treating diseases, let's try preventing them by sharing important knowledge and educating people.
