Collective Crooks------- This business profile page and website are under construction ------ This book is a collection of interviews with several small business owners across the United States and Canada about their experiences with their payment processor, equipment leasing companies, resellers and independent agents. In addition, while doing research for this book, I call many payment processors, equipment leasing companies, resellers, and vendors, posing as a new customer to inquire about their services. Since I was prepared for the interview, I often obtained detailed information about their overall strategies, and I must tell you that no two processors are exactly the same. Just as there are unconscionable providers, you will also find companies that are decent and trustworthy. Finally, I write the book by drawing from my own personal experience. Having been a victim myself, and repeatedly had to deal with unauthorized debits, lies, deceits and out right theft from my bank account before finally taking action to break loose from the crooks.
