Canary Homes was established by Barry Rea in early 2017. Barry is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS valuer with over twenty years' experience in the London residential development market. Clients have included property companies, national housebuilders and major housing associations.We have recently invested in a 6 unit new build development in Crystal Palace, South London.
