The Built Environment Research and Innovation Centre (BERIC) is a multidisciplinary research centre hosted in TU Dublin, engaged in research and innovation across architecture, engineering, planning, construction, surveying and real estate disciplines.BERIC facilitates the open exchange of knowledge for maximum impact, and is a focal point and repository for ongoing research activities, in addition to providing support for new and established researchers. We currently have over 30 ongoing research projects across six thematic areas, and actively engage in collaborative research with industry, Research Performing Organisations (RPOs), Government and non-Government Agencies and professional bodies. Members of BERIC provide specialist knowledge and a proven track record of success in securing competitive funding from national and international funding sources.
