My practice focuses on representation of government contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals on a range of issues, including contract formation, preparation of certified claims, quantification of damages, delay issues, terminations for convenience and default, bond claims, internal investigations, compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations, and False Claims Act issues.While my primary focus is on the resolution of disputes through negotiation, he has successfully represented clients in a variety of forums including federal and state courts, before the boards of contract appeals, and in arbitrations and mediations.I also represent commercial contractors in matters ranging from contract formation to dispute resolution.
