ABACSA has been established to serve the shared interests of Australian building and construction industry subcontractors. Industry bodies already exist to lobby Government and attend to industry interests at the strategic level, but many subcontractors have more practical, day-to-day needs in relation to keeping their businesses going. This association has been established to service these needs.In addition to providing a forum for the exchange of information, ideas, fellowship and introductions, the administrators intend to establish a buyers group to purchase products and services for members at rates substantially below what it would cost members to purchase individually. Examples are insurance, construction materials, tax and legal advisory services, to name a few. Before this can happen though, interested persons are encouraged to visit the website and take out a free membership to help build the numbers required to achieve the purchasing power we need.
