Arati Patel, LMFT provides integrative and mindfulness-based therapy services focused on helping clients struggling with anxiety, stress, burnout, life transitions, cultural stress, identity issues, addiction, and maternal mental health. Arati believes in the mind-body approach to healing; she is trained as a Yoga Teacher and has been practicing meditation and mindfulness for over a decade. Arati is also a Grief Specialist, Certified Anger Management Facilitator, trained in the Trauma Resiliency Model, and in Perinatal and Postpartum Mood Disorders. Her therapeutic services are aimed to help clients re-connect to their mind, body, and soul and she puts particular focus on helping clients to cultivate self-awareness, balance, calm, and a sense of wholeness. Arati has previous experience working in addiction treatment centers, hospital outpatient settings, non-profit community-based organizations, and in private practice.
