The Company was registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan as a closed joint-stock company, and on 21st September 2005 it was re-registered as "Atyrau-Tengiz Construction Service", a Limited-Liability Company.Its main activity is acting as a General Contractor for oil companies and gas-works in the Republic of Kazakhstan meeting the requirements of ISO 9001.The services provided by the company include all the construction, assembling and finishing works for industrial and service industries' projects, from the stage of designing till turnkey.ATCS was founded mainly to provide engineering services in the field of architecture, construction, including urban construction, but it has developed to become a stable construction company in the Republic of Kazakhstan, particularly in Atyrau region, with a wide spectrum of services in construction, logistics support, material supply and coordination along with production of all kinds of wood and steel structures and products.
