off plate is a collective of wine professionals and product designers aiming to create an urban platform for a more social and sustainable food system.We utilize temporary events and design as a tool to create a space for shaping the future of food and drink.Regional and seasonal products are sourced and used by invited local chefs to showcase their interpretation of a healthy and sustainable diet on an open-plan kitchen. Other local food partners and experts are also invited to foster a dialogue and exchange between guests, suppliers and chefs on food-related topics.
