Yew Kee Group is an established homegrown brand with a track record of more than 30 years in the business of food and beverage (F&B) operations. The brand name was coined by combining the patriarch's Chinese name Seah Teck Yew (謝徳友), "You" ("友") and "Ji" ("記") (a word that is typically used to indicate a food business by the Chinese). Today, the Group owns and operates a diverse portfolio of non-Halal and Halal brands namely Yew Kee Duck Rice (友記家傳鴨飯), CHICHA San Chen 吃茶三千 (Singapore), XO Minced Meat Noodles, My Kampung Chicken Rice, PastaGo, Victoria Bakery as well as My Kampung and Fine Food food courts.In 2022, the brand undertook a group-wide rebranding exercise to more accurately align its' brand identity with the group's history and heritage, renaming from "Yu Kee" to "Yew Kee".
