Our Objectives and PromiseWe strive to present the x-ray technique as a commonplace experimental tool that R&D and operations can use without prior knowledge of such a system. After the first session of using our facility if a user is not convinced that the facility is well equipped to deliver the results they are looking for we shall waive the associated charges. Our FacilityThe system uses Rigaku MicroMax-007hf high-flux Microfocus Rotating Anode Generator. The machine can be operated both in wide and small angle and detect feature size range from 165 nm to sub-nm seamlessly by varying sample to detector distance. We use the system for bulk samples, submicron thin films, and liquid samples study. In-situ heating-cooling and stretching are also possible with our Linkam hot stage, liquid nitrogen cooling system and in-house-built stretcher. Our Users We invite to use our facility to a wide range of organizations, including, industries and their research divisions, academic institutes, government institutes, and non-profit organizations. Our ServicesWe offer very flexible options to utilize our facility. We believe end-users should be focused on their experimental results and characterization needs not on the details of the equipment. Therefore, we have a dedicated support team, led by the facility manager, to guide the x-ray operation and provide their expert opinions. A user can use the facility on hourly basis and run his samples using our simple booking system. We also provide total solution to the end-users' x-ray experimental needs. In that case we shall run the samples using the best experimental mode, analyze and interpret the results. Therefore, no prior knowledge of x-ray experiment is necessary to use our services. Free Consultation and Usage Prospective users can book half an hour of free and confidential consultation with our experts and discuss their samples and experimental needs simply by sending email to the facility manager.
