Kompanija je osnovana kao „green field" investicija vodeće austrijske osiguravajuće kompanije Vienna Insurance Group (VIG) i njenog akcionara Wiener Städtische Versicherungsverein, lidera u centralnoj i istočnoj Evropi, sa tradicijom dugom skoro dva veka.Za 20 godina poslovanja u Srbiji jedna je od vodećih kompanija iz oblasti osiguranja na srpskom tržištu. Misija kompanije je od početka bila stvaranje i razvijanje kulture osiguranja i pružanje usluge čiji kvalitet odgovara savremenim svetskim standardima poslovanja.
