Wichman Construction was formed as a Florida Corporation in 1997 by Mike Wichman, its sole principal. For the past 24 years Mr. Wichman has been a General Contractor in the state of Florida.Besides hotels, offices and retail, Wichman Construction projects include banks, condominiums, townhomes and assisted living facilities and theme park rides. Wichman Construction has been on the "Top 50 Contractors" list as reported by the Tampa Bay Business Journal in 2010, 2011 and 2014 and on the "Top 25 Contractors" list as reported by the Tampa Bay Business Journal in 2005, 2006 and 2008 and 2009.
