Participants in the IdentiQuest will take an online inclusive leadership assessment to determine their strengths in 12 inclusive leadership categories called Identitypes. Each participant receives their own assessment report scores and inclusive leadership profile, which provides a baseline for leadership growth during the IdentiQuest course.
