The Associates' Committee is a member-funded grant foundation that supports legal aid and impact litigation non-profits. All of our members are young corporate lawyers (" Associates") at law firms throughout the United States. We each make an annual contribution, then we take the sum of those contributions and distribute grants to early-stage non-profits that are bringing innovative approaches to the provision of legal aid.Our mission is two-fold: we want to support organizations at the cutting edge of public interest advocacy, and we want to encourage philanthropy and civic engagement among young corporate lawyers.
