Our LLC was officially filed with the state of Pennsylvania in 2015. We find deeply discounted properties, sell them to our investors partners. This allows for satisfying results for all parties (seller, ThInvest PG, and our partnered Investor). We focus on helping people who need to sell their properties fast. At Thinvest, we buy and sell houses to our investor partners. We will not be acting as a real estate agent or broker when we buy or sell our client's property.
