The Texas Urban Sawmill LLC ("TXUS") specializes in the salvaging and re-purposing of historical trees. We are one of the very few businesses in the U.S. that is actively focused on all aspects of our materials from the "tree to your home". This helps us to ensure unsurpassed quality standards from rough lumber to finished furniture. We own and operate the largest thin kerf sawmill in the southern US and also build some very fine live edge furniture through our sister company, Refined Elements LLC. We are the only business in Texas that offers full turn-key services from tree salvaging and removal to custom milling and finished forestry products that can be used in new building construction.
