Tarsizius Square Investment Fund

Tarsizius Square Investment Fund ("TSF", the "Fund" or "Tarsizius Square") is an investment fund structured as a closed-ended fund principally engaged in the business of investing in equity positions in a concentrated number of publicly-listed companies on the Malawi Stock Exchange ("MSE"). TSF's objective is to maximize its long-term compound annual growth rate ("CAGR") in value per share. It's mission is to provide a vehicle for public participation in equity investment on the MSE.It's vision is to become a leading fund managing a portfolio of investments for and on behalf of allocated unitholders. It's core values are Integrity, Accountability and Resilience. The Fund operates a Corporate Social Responsibility program supporting education with injections to an Endowment Fund at Malawi University of Science and Technology (MUST). The Endowment Fund was created in 2021 in memory of Dr. Tarsizius Ian Nampota, the University's first Registrar and serves to raise capital to assist with student, administration and education purposes. The Fund analyzes the exposure of a business to ESG risks and its approach to ESG at the time of its initial investment and as part of its ongoing stewardship by performing extensive due diligence on the business, the industry sector and the context in which the business operates.
