The backstoryWe officially launched SALVE on a warm summer afternoon in a smallish studio in the bylanes of Shahpur Jat. I had recently quit my banking job and wanted to do something i loved. The whyOne of my best friends got married and I hated shopping for myself, so did all my friends.. Designer wear was exorbitantly expensive, local tailors were unprofessional, and regular designers made stuff that we didn't like much. So I found a tailor, sourced fabrics, and got outfits made for all of us.That's when I realized, I could do this for a living and enjoy every day of my life. What do we stand for?I have been a big fan of how Jeff Bezos operates, he emphasizes on relentless focus on customer experience. That's what I wanted to create with SALVE To this day, if you don't like something we make, we either try to make it right, refund your money or make a new one. No questions asked. We even are willing to do free alterations for 6 months if you change sizes. How about thatThe Highs and LowsEvery startup has its share of highs and lows, and so did ours. But you guys have gotten us through it.We love being a small part of your celebrations. It makes our day when you send us your pictures.
