Assigments in 2009 were Lean Maintenance in a coffee plant of SaraLee, staffing of a baby food plant of Danone in Russia & the output potential of a cheese plant. In 2010/2011 improvement program done for Attero. 2012/2013 assignments were debottlenecking the chocolate coating lines of Delicia and developing a masterplan of a chemical site of Akzo Nobel in Chicago. Reduction of technical downtime and waste during a 4 month interim period at Danone's plant in Zoetermeer. In 2014 a performance management system (PMS) is implemented at two industrial bakeries of Bakkerland. For the Attero Recycling division a PMS is implemented for 20 of there processes. leadership training for the middle managers of Betware, Iceland in 2015. For Alldra, producer of sugar hail and musket, a PMS is implemented. For Thomas Regout located in Maastricht Suresh Company coached on teamleader level. An interim teamleader role is performed for the Sneek operations of Cloetta and a PMS is implemente. Productivity improvements for Fishmasters in 2016. In 2016/2017 Suresh guided the development of the operational team of Delicia's coating department, and for Alldra the projectlead role for implementing a new production line was fulfilled, and a 6 months interim production mgt role for Cloetta Sneek. In 2017/2018 a process development program is managed for the feed additive producer Nutriad, masterplan development for the printing ink producer Flint, Trelleborg in Sweden. Professionalization of the S&OP process and bottom up improvements are guided for tortilla producer Mexma in 2018/2019, and Improvement program for baby food producer AusNutria and scan of operations Koopmans and Eurocaps Malabar, Lean implementation at Machandel and interim plant manager at Confiserie Napoleon Breskens as of 2020, responsible for daily operations and strategy implementation.
