Our passion for Cryotherapy started four years ago when founder Tryan Stutes was dealing with chronic knee pain from past sports injuries. His obsession with fitness left him in constant pain and taking over the counter and prescribed pain medication on a daily basis. While in rehab after knee surgery, the Physical Therapist suggested adding Cryotherapy as part of the recovery plan.Tryan was hooked after the first Cryo session and has not stopped since. With a consistent routine of localized Cryo and Whole Body Cryo sessions, pain medications are not required in his daily life.
