I have been teaching private and group guitar lessons since 1987. I attended Moorhead State University for a Music Degree, and began working and teaching at Schmitt Music in Fargo ND. Soon after, I began playing and touring with various bands.In 2002, I began working at the Red River Valley Academy in Moorhead MN as a music teacher. In 2006, I began collarborating with Steve Grimmett of Grim Reaper and created GrimmStine, a band with a worldwide CD release.In 2010, I began working at North Dakota State University as a Guitar Instructor.I currently play and tour with 5 different bands, including Avian, GrimmStine, Methuselah, Six Chamber, and Entice.I am married with 2 children.I am currently focusing on expanding my lessons to create online group guitar classes in which I can reach many new people at the same time.
