We focus on acquiring manufactured home communities with improvement potential in strong growth markets throughout the United States, and executing our value-add strategy to the properties. Solsidan Capital has been a successful operating partner in over twenty manufactured housing communities – totaling over 2,300 manufactured housing sites and infilling over 400 of those sites with new manufactured homes. Our goal is to provide safe, affordable housing to the residents in our communities, and dependable, robust returns to our investors.
