AFLEWO (Africa Lets Worship) is a project that stems from Sing Africa's continuing vision to bring hope in Jesus to Africa. Sing Africa was formed in 1996 by a group of then Daystar University students, with a vision of affecting Africa positively by spreading a message of Hope. In Isaiah 43:1-2, God speaks to His chosen people giving them assurance that He is God and there is no need to fear for He created us for a great purpose. AFLEWO was first held in 2004 and has been an annual event ever since.The AFLEWO Vision is "to stir up hope in Jesus across Africa through annual events of Worship in Music and Prayer from a united front" Our mission statement is uniting in worship. We believe our mandate as a ministry is to unite the body of Christ not only in Kenya but Africa. The ministry is upheld by the AFLEWO 7 Pillars which are Hope, Unity, Music, Prayer, Word, Leadership, and Excellence.
