Thomas Allen founded Simplicity Cremation & Funeral Services when he realized that Maryland families had very few options if they wanted affordable yet dignified cremation services. After serving in the United States Army, Thomas Allen became a funeral director. Thomas now has more than 20 years of experience in the funeral home industry. "Trust" is perhaps the leading principle that Simplicity has been founded on. We are dedicated to building a strong relationship with each and every family we serve. A funeral is best executed when the family feels comfortable and confident in the funeral home staff. We have created five rules/guidelines for our staff to follow in order to keep this trust level with families:1. Ensure our clients understand exactly what we will do for him/her.2. Help clients understand the cremation process.3. Prior to signing an agreement, review our cremation services agreement in detail and answer any questions. 4. Don't allow interruptions during our time together.5. Keep our agreements.
