This is a highly effective communication channel than emails or social media in emerging markets. ShoutOUT can be integrated with business applications through an API. For non-tech savvy customers, it enables sending the right message to the specific customer through a simple web based tool by segmenting those customers based on rules and data.Currently, we've the presence in Sri Lanka with 30 mid-sized clients and we're in the process of setting up in Nigeria.Recently we launched Topnotch, which is a gamified loyalty platform to reward customers for engaging with the business by social media sharing, referring friends, participating in contests etc.Our ultimate goal is to offer a comprehensive and integrated customer engagement platform for businesses with both products.
