Route 12 Straight Rye Whiskey (launched Nov 2018): A beautiful 94 proof straight rye whiskey aged over 30 months. It expresses notes of vanilla, allspice, hint of cinnamon and charred oak. It is an unfiltered rye offering you more flavor and quite smooth at 94 proof. This is great for making cocktails like Manhattans, Old Fashions, Whiskey Sours, etc. It can also be quite enjoyable on a rock or with a couple drops of water. Coming to IN and IL in November and MI in December 2018.Route 101 Wine Barrel Finished Rye Whiskey (expected in Jan 2019): Finished is specially selected Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon barrels from Sonoma County, California, early pulls show hints of cherry, oak, vanilla and a really smooth finish. This will be a great sipping whiskey and will allow you to dream of California vacations and bring back memories and stories of trips past.
