Resolve Communication

Resolve Communication seeks to assist organisations and individuals with communication issues that arise as both try to meet their needs of living and working on a day to day basis. The resulting conflicts often result in the breakdown of relationships in workplaces and in personal relationships. This leads to disempowerment, and disconnection. For organisations it dramatically affects productivity and employee engagement, hindering the bottom line. The issue is rarely a stand alone issue and exists in relation to the processes and procedures in place to meet the needs of the organisation. By thoroughly assessing the situation with major stakeholders using online assessment and face to face interviewing, Resolve seeks to tailor training using Collaborative Communication based on the Nonviolent Communication model to lead the organisation towards a more cohesive achievement of its company goals. By assessing the system in which the problem exists AND the conflicted communication, the root of the problem is tapped, brought to the surface and resolved, ensuring it does not return. The company always has the tools to reassess communication issues in the future using the tools of the training. The resulting cohesion links powerfully to bringing cultural change within an organisation.
