In this mode we do not have direct influence on the design but still have responsibility for the success of the project as designed. We often give input on the cost, code compliance, long term value, or constructability of systems, materials, and various details.DESIGN/BUILDIn the design/build environment we take responsibility from the start for all design aspects of the project. This can lead to significant savings in time and costs.CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENTConstruction management is another way for us to fulfill your building needs by serving directly as your agent organizing every aspect of the project's needs, especially as the complexity of the project grows. This method is often used when coordinating the project with an existing facility or campus (and possibly multiple projects) rather than managing one stand-alone project.
