Pissed Off Chicks has been empowering women for over two decades with the foundational thought that women should ACT OUT in the face of abuse and never live in fear. POC is an organization that is dedicated to providing essential self defense strategies when faced with a dangerous situation.Our community outreach programs and real world self defense programs are designed to help those in need and protect all from the threats and violent behavior women encounter everyday.Why am I so angry? As long as there is violence against men, women and children, I'll be very angry.Statistics state that violence against women occurs in the united states every 2 minutes and that 1 in every 3 women will be assaulted in their life time.As an assault victim, I know first hand the struggles you'll face in life trying to put the pieces back together and it's not something that can be swept under the rug and forgotten about. I want to provide the necessary opportunities to help anyone who have been assaulted put their pieces back together. And for those fortunate to have never been victimized, I want to provide the skills necessary for a long and healthy crime free life. We teach preventive seminars through the year and all over the world. On our website, we provide self defense options and self defense skills for those who can't come to our facility.A half day seminar is enough time for anyone to learn to be more aware and how to carry and defend them self. If all you have time in your life for is one day to learn, then I will teach you how to do that.We teach women, co-ed, teen and children's classes throughout the year. Everyone has the right to live in a safe environment with life skills to protect themselves.I've been teaching self defense for over two decades as an expert instructor. As a sexual assault victim I know the importance of learning these life saving skills.
