Pastel is a boutique confections shop in Roanoke's historic Crystal Spring neighborhood. Founded with a $1000 loan in 2009 and taken over in June 2018 by Brunella Salazar and her husband, Levi Buck, Pastel has grown from Roanoke's premier scratch-made cupcake shop into an all-around international treat boutique, featuring cookies, cakes, specialized desserts, and ice cream from all over the world. Our desserts are baked and sold fresh and never frozen, and our focus is on satisfying all of our customers in every visit. We host bridal showers, baby showers, parties, gatherings, and more and look forward to serving you the best Roanoke has to offer.
