Iyengar Yoga Indonesia is a Health, Wellness and Fitness company located in Indonesia.Iyengar Yoga Indonesia was founded by Riana A. Singgih on May 2003, with the personal blessing, support and guidance of her guru B.K.S. Iyengar, whose teachings, wisdom and contribution to mankind have greatly inspired her. It was the first officially recognized Iyengar yoga Centre in Indonesia dedicated to teaching Iyengar style yoga, to continue the work started by Guruji B.K.S. Iyengar in spreading his teachings to the region and to bring the local Yoga community together. The Iyengar Yoga Indonesia aims to nurture and develop the interests of both beginners and yoga practitioners alike, regardless of their age, to make it their passion and an integral part of their way of life, thereby improving their quality of life and helping to reduce the pains and stresses of daily life struggles and bring about inner peace.From one center in Kemang area, there are now 4 centers spread throughout Jakarta. The first Iyengar Centre in Singapore was also set up in 2008 by Riana A. Singgih and has expanded to 2 centers.
