The business is supported by over 20 years of experience in civil engineering, land-use planning, transportation, and land development. This division of the company is dedicated to streamlining the engineering design, permitting, and construction effort of each project (coordination, consulting, and administration). Parrish-Point, LLC, Professionals have good working relationships with municipal agencies within the state of Virginia, as well as VDOT, HRT, MWAA and WMATA for various types of projects (Land development, Roadway, Bus and Rail Transit development projects), enabling effective communication and successful approval from the agencies. Mr. Jeff L. Parrish (Owner and founder) was one of the original designers of an earlier phase in the Norfolk-Virginia Beach LRT project, as well as serving on the project management team for the Dulles Corridor Rapid Transit Project (a billion dollar rail and roadway project located in the heart of the Washington D.C Metropolitan area). (Both projects are currently under construction).
