OnlineAdviser is a trademark of Freedom Benefits Association developed in the 1990s in response to the need of consumers to have personal assurance and contact to allow development of confidence in online consumer finance transactions. The service is designed to allow the greatest number of consumers to have direct access to a senior level financial adviser each day on a fast and easy basis for personal support while using Internet-based financial services. Originally we supported a wider range of investment and banking services, now the service primarily focuses on consumer issues stemming from national and state level health care reforms. The primary adviser is Tony Novak but others may provide service during peak enrollment periods. Service is offered free of charge but limited in quantity to allow the greatest number of people to have direct access to the adviser. We handle up to 50 consumer inquiries per day by telephone, email and other electronic and social media.
