Onda was conceived in Berlin by Bruno Paschoal, Caio Werneck and Javier Guillot, during their studies at the Hertie School of Governance. Started as a spinoff of a research project about the gaps between research and practice in the field of policy, this venture was created to help projects and organizations addressing innovation and sustainability challenges.Combining design, facilitation and qualitative research methods, we developed learning experiences and consulting projects in Germany and Brazil, where the company was legally based. Onda existed until the end of 2018, when the partners decided to close it down.
