LBS works across the full development lifecycle from deal sourcing, structuring and financing, planning, development, asset management and sales and leasing. LBS has been responsible for the delivery of over 1,300 private and affordable homes and 500,000 square feet of office space since 2012.In private equity and growth capital markets, Oakglen invests with a current focus on financial technology and operational real estate, including via its wholly owned Technology and Innovation Fund. The investee companies tend to have originated in the UK and have growth aspirations into Europe and particularly North America. Oakglen typically takes majority or significant minority shareholdings and remains closely involved in assisting and mentoring the investee founders and managers. In corporate and fund administration, Oakglen subsidiary Oakbridge specialises in providing secretarial, governance, general administration and accounting services to corporate and fund clients usually with interests in the real estate and technology sectors respectively.
