Implemented by the Organisation of African, Caribbean, and Pacific States (OACPS) and funded by the European Union, the Programme aims to unlock the innovation potential of ACP countries and support their transition into knowledge-based economies for sustainable and inclusive development. The programme focuses on ✓ Fostering a conducive R&I environment across the ACP countries ✓ Enhancing the quality of their R&I policies and systems ✓ Facilitating access to R&I knowledge, transfer, and cross-fertilisation among ACP countries.It will support research and innovation through a three-pronged approach, an Innovation Fund, a Policy Support Facility, and a Web portal.
