Since 2011, the Nuhanovic Foundation: Centre for War Reparations assists victims of war who seek access to justice to obtain remedies. Our network of NGO's, lawyers, academics and law students offers a platform to share knowledge and experience. We maintain a specialized and searchable database with legal instruments, case law, and academic writings on the right to reparations. We provide funds for investigation and legal representation in negotiations and litigation before national and international courts.
