NuLinks networking is a series of business and social events aimed at bringing professionals together to make new contacts, reinforce existing relationships, and exchange ideas. We are merging business with "liming" to create a relaxed environment for building business relationships. The target audience is professionals aged 25 and older across all industries. This cross-section of people will not only bring their experience but also bring fresh ideas to a forum.At the networking events you get an opportunity to participate in our speed networking sessions which would allow those involved a chance to make their elevator pitch. The speed networking sessions will be mixed in focus, sometimes it will be industry specific so that persons looking for, or offering specific services can participate on that particular night, while on other occasions it will be an open forum.While the event is about making new contacts and creating opportunities through establishing and building relationships, it will also be a learning environment where participants will get to hear from some of the leaders and influencers in the business environment. There will be a 10 minute presentation at every event on varied topics including "Converting leads to sales" and "How to expand your business beyond our shores".NuLinks events will take the following form.1. The first hour would be dedicated to mixing and mingling:a. Light music;b. Finger food;c. Drinks;d. 5 minute presentation by our Gold sponsor;e. 10 minute feature presentation from a guest speaker.2. During the first hour there would be speed networking where industries that complement each other can get an opportunity to meet:a. Participants briefly exchange information with the hope of either expanding their markets or increasing their pool of vendors.3. The second part of the evening business exchanges continue but the mood would be more relaxed:a. Music for dancing;b. Finger food;c. Drinks.
