New BeginningZ was founded in March 2001 with the main focus being children living and working on the streets.In 2003, due to HIV / AIDS pandemic we included child headed households to our focus group and in 2004 we had to include yet another vulnerable group namely abandoned, abused and neglected babies and toddlers.In 2009, with the generous donation of the Joosub Khan families we were able to establish the New BeginningZ Baby Haven in Pretoria, South Africa and created a place that our children could call Home. We are currently home to 32 little ones ranging in age from one month old to nine years of age. While the financial implications of running a Home like this are immense, how can you put a price on the lives of these children who have been deprived of so much.Our dream is to establish the New BeginningZ Children's Village and we have already secured an 8000sq/m property is Raslouw, Pretoria which was generously donated by the Hassim Foundation. We are looking to partner with corporates that share our values and vision of a brighter future for our children. Many of our little ones will be with us into young adulthood and we have the duty and responsibility of their well being.New BeginningZ is a registered NPO (017-243) as well as a PBO (930011817) and can provide a Section 18A Certificate for all contributions received.All of our staff and volunteers are crucial for the effective running of all the projects. We urge you to get involved and sponsor a child or the salary of a staff member.
