Nestfunder.com is a startup with the sole purpose of establishing a site to facilitate peer to peer equity lending for the purchase of single family residences. The plan is to structure the deal the same way a commercial real estate investor would with a co investor, in which the co investor will get a preferred interest rate return as well as a piece of the upside equity. The borrower would upload needed documents and havetheir credit pulled and rated. The borrower will then request an equity amount that is needed in order for them to close on their home. Investors will be able to then place bids on how much money they will lend and at what terms. The borrower will then select which Investors to go with and will use our preapproved documents in order to close the equity deal. Borrowers will have the option to have nestfunder act as a mortgage broker and have mortgage offers come in from several different mortgage lenders as well.
