About Nadeau Land SurveysFounded in 1993 as the Portland branch of Nadeau & Lodge, Inc., James D. Nadeau, LLC is proud of its strong reputation of quality service while providing a diversified range of professional land surveying services. Our services include multi-phased subdivisions, boundary surveys, topographic surveys, flood zone determinations, floodplain guidance & education, feasibility studies, expert witness testimony, construction layout, and mortgage loan inspections. We currently employ three State of Maine licensed Professional Land Surveyors (#2124, 2291, and 2370) and a licensed Land Surveyor In Training (#584) with a combined total of over 70 years of survey experience.Our MissionTo deliver efficient and accurate service to our clients with great emphasis on thorough communication, ethics, integrity, public safety, and exceeding technical standards.
