The founders of NRICHED, Sandra Rose and Leonie von Uthmann, have made it their mission to rethink success in companies. For this purpose, they founded NRICHED GmbH in March 2023. Which was also the birth moment of TrustY, a cloud-based metric that measures the core of business relationships: trust.TrustY measures the strength of a company's relationships with its employees, customers, and partners, and gains valuable metrics from it.
