Formerly italk Hampshire, NHS Talking Therapies Hampshire provides free talking therapies for people aged 16 and over, who are registered with a GP in the following areas of Hampshire: Andover, Basingstoke, Bordon, Eastleigh, Fareham, Gosport, Havant, Hayling Island, New Forest, Petersfield, Romsey, Waterlooville and Winchester.We offer a range of options to suit different patients. We can offer individual treatment face to face or by telephone, group sessions and online computerised CBT via SilverCloud.
