MatchUP Government Management

We propose the implementation of a new governance management model. It is a model that focuses on people, their human development and seeks to know in real time and in an evolutionary way the situation in which each individual is vulnerable.While ending poverty is the most important global objective, it draws attention to Government's lack of knowledge of the real situation people are in. This, we understand to be mainly a product of the lack of technology applied to social issues. In other words, "Alarms sound when taxpayers don't pay taxes, but they don't when a child is at risk."If we are to achieve different results, we must necessarily rethink the concept of poverty in States by seeking to promote more empathetic forms of governments, assuming that their actions should be directed in the sense of enhancing people´s individual and social capacities with the prentence that they are agents of their own development and protagonists in building a better social destiny.Based on the model, a technological platform was developed that allows the necessary knowledge to carry it forward, where in a single database are integrated the collection of data obtained digitally in electronic devices at any time and by multiple field agents, with quality controls, dashboards, individual reports of people, families or any point of interest with action tracking and even the application of artificial intelligence to prevent and anticipate problems.The information obtained from each person is comprehensive (on those topics defined as essential), geo-referenced, nominalized, up-to-date, unified and secure. In short, it is to know exactly the real situation of each person and even have their life trajectory.This is why we can develop one to one public policies according to each person's situation and take better decisions based on reliable data and follow up its progress.
