We feel there is far more value in showing your current customers and prospects how much you appreciate them, rather than advertising how great you are in hopes of attracting new customers.Everybody wants to take better care of their customers. We all want to say "thank-you" to the people that buy our products and use our services.But that takes time.We think "I should blog" but we're busy running our business.We send a Christmas card and we hope we stay in our client's heart in the new year.Wouldn't it be nice to actually give something to your clients and prospects every month?
