My name is Bradley Allan and I am proud to be a true family man that somehow found balance in his life. But it wasn't always like this, and for a very long time, I was afraid and crippled with issues. After understanding that I suffer from anxiety – a condition I will live with my entire life, I started gathering information and tried all sorts of therapies that did next to nothing for me. Then I understood that the books I used to read were written by people who had never experienced anxiety.
